AMY VINSON, LVN

STAFF DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Amy serves as our Staff Development Coordinator, bringing nearly 6 years of nursing experience and over 16 years of hands-on caregiving within the Dallas-Fort Worth area. For the past 3 years, she has been proudly serving the Fort Worth community with dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to growth and development in care teams.

Amy’s journey into healthcare was inspired by her grandfather, who battled Alzheimer’s disease. Caring for him sparked a deep passion for helping others, and that passion quickly became a lifelong mission. She began her career in childcare, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate service, before transitioning into nursing—a role she naturally grew into.

Her first nursing role was in a long-term care facility, providing care for individuals with dementia—an experience that shaped her approach to empathy-driven care. Over the years, Amy has also held leadership roles including Assistant Manager and other supervisory positions, which have further strengthened her ability to mentor, train, and empower those around her.

Amy’s heart for care, her strong leadership skills, and her ability to uplift and support staff make her an invaluable part of our team. She is passionate about helping caregivers grow both personally and professionally—and is always striving to create a supportive, positive environment for both staff and the individuals we serve.
