With over 38 years of experience in healthcare, Sheilla Mono brings unmatched expertise, passion, and heart to her role as Chief Care Giving Officer. A Registered Nurse and lifelong educator, Sheilla has served in diverse roles—from being the Principal of a Nursing School to working as an Instructor and Preceptor, guiding countless nurses in their careers.
Her dedication to continuous improvement has also seen her actively involved in various quality and performance committees within the institutions she has served, both in the U.S. and internationally. Sheilla’s career spans several countries, including valuable time in the United Kingdom, giving her a truly global perspective on healthcare and caregiving.
She currently continues her service at a hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where her leadership and mentorship continue to shape the future of compassionate care. Sheilla leads by example—uplifting those around her, nurturing future healthcare professionals, and reminding everyone that caregiving, at its best, is both a calling and a joy
Sheilla is known not only for her clinical and teaching excellence but also for her vibrant spirit.
