Milton Mono is a Registered Nurse with over 11 years of hands-on healthcare experience, currently serving as a clinical leader at a major hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. His journey into nursing was personal—both of his parents required long-term care, and through that experience, Milton discovered a deep calling to support others during their most vulnerable moments.
With more than 20 years of leadership across various industries, Milton combines clinical expertise with strong operational insight. His background has equipped him with the tools to lead teams, solve complex challenges, and deliver high-quality care and services with compassion and professionalism.
Milton is also deeply committed to his community. He actively participates in local initiatives through non-governmental organizations. Whether it’s through business, healthcare, or volunteer work, Milton is passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives.
